Fresh, seasonal, British (and local)
Our food menus change daily and focus on the classics, as well as a tempting range of freshly produced British dishes that encompass seasonal ingredients. Sunday is our favourite day of the week for food. Book in to try our chef Ryan's special signature roast that changes weekly whether it be pheasant from the local shoot or a sharing whole chickens. We work very closely with Dorking Butchery who supply us with delicious local sausages and the odd special here and there (In the right season we have Fallow Buck Venison burgers. The Buck is farmed in West Horsley, 20 minutes from The Dolphin). Dorking Butchery are very passionate about what they create and so are we! We are very excited to be able to share this with you.
Our drinks range has its core Young’s ales that you all know so well and our seasonal beer 'Proper Job'. We have a range of ciders and local beers from Dorking Brewery and Surrey Hills Brewery both only a few miles up the road. Our local drinks range even extends to gin with Silent pool from Guildford on our back bar. We we have an extensive wine list and a refreshing range of soft drinks, teas and coffees are always available.
